COMPREHENSIVE LANDSCAPE CARE PROGRAM
Frequency
We will visit the site approximately once per week during the growing season up to the total annual number of visits identified in the schedule.
Weed Control
We will hand pull weeds greater than three (3) inches in height as needed. We will re-apply pre-emergent weed control to all shrub, groundcover, and perennial beds as needed. Within beds we will spray weeds that are less than three (3) inches in height with herbicide. We may spray fence lines, posts, walls and along foundations with herbicide. Herbicide applications may be weather dependent and therefore postponed to a future visit if conditions are not favorable.
Incidental Pruning
We will prune incidental dead or damaged portions of shrubs and trees less than twelve (12) feet in height.
Perennial and Groundcover Maintenance
We will deadhead and cut back perennials and groundcovers as necessary. We will cut back groundcovers from hardscapes and lawn areas as necessary. In mid-summer we will fertilize perennials and established groundcovers, excluding woody ornamentals.
Bulb Maintenance
We will cut back the vegetation to ground level at the main entrance and driveway entries when foliage of the same variety of bulbs yellows 30% or more.
